– Buyer arrives with $100K in cashier’s checks, $20K in cash. What does agent do with the cash?
– Sale concludes and bidder doesn’t have enough funds in his hand to cover his bid, wants to go to bank to get more funds.
– Buyer refuses to take and complete FinCen forms, but signs receipt acknowledging no Deed will be provided unless forms are completed.
