This session will highlight a lawsuit that will challenge the constitutionality of AB 130 with specific emphasis on the impact on existing loans. The lawsuit will specifically challenge the provisions in AB 130 that deal with enforcement of subordinate mortgages – the new Section 2924.13 of the Civil Code.
